Personal development

Our dedicated education and research teams offer a variety of personal and professional development training, helping you to maximise your career potential. From mentoring and coaching, to specific topic-led courses, we design our learning opportunities around the needs of the workforce.

Healthcare assistants

In addition to our general training and induction, our non-registered clinical staff attend a 6 day ‘Tulip Standard, Essentials of Care’ programme. This course forms part of the probationary period, and aims to develop skills and understanding around the principles palliative and end of life care.

Registered clinicians

We offer all clinical staff a full induction programme and access to a variety of leadership, mentoring and coaching opportunities. All staff are offered clinical supervision, as well as regular clinical updates covering all aspects of palliative and end of life care.
